I had the opportunity to rent a room in an apartment thanks to the agency. Everything went well, even better than I expected. The location was great, close to UDEM and everything I needed. As soon as we had a problem with the apartment or even something else, the staff was there to help us quickly and make sure everything went well for us. The HelloHomi staff was very helpful and effective when I needed to find accommodation. Since my stay in Monterrey lasted two semesters, I had the opportunity to change of accommodation between both, and finding a new apartment as well as moving was done with great ease thanks to their help. In my apartment we were three roommates, but It was a pleasure to be able to live in community with our neighbors on the landing who were also all exchange students.
